– 2 bedrooms, whereof one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and one with tw0 single beds (80 x 200 cm).

–       Room for a babybed in the parents bedroom

 

Outside an awning, wooden garden furniture, two loungers  and a BBQ are waiting for you.

You want to go on holidays with your baby? Ask for your baby service kit:
– you can use for free a baby bed, highchair and changing mat.If you ask for it at your reservation, it will be prepared for you and your little one in the Mobil Home before your arrival.
Attention: a babybed takes always the place of another single bed in this type of Mobil Home.

 

Made beds

The beds are always made at your arrival.
When you stay for 2 weeks ore more, you’ll have clean bedding every week.

The Mobil Homes are always available from 3.30 PM. the day of your arrival until ot 10.00 PM. the day of departure.

 

All prices are End-of-stay cleaning and Ecotax included.
The Tourismtax from the Community of Communes de la Puisaye has to be paid at your arrival on the campsite.
During the whole Season there are no reduced prices on the rental rates.

The full rental price for your Mobil home must have been payd 4 weeks before your arrival.

If you cancel within a month prior to your arrival or if you leave early, we can not give restitution of rent. You are free to take out cancellation insurance.
At your arrival you have to pay  € 200,- as a deposit, which will be returned to you within two weeks after your departure, after deduction of caused defects during your stay or when we’ve to make extra costs for cleaning the rental.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights and during the Season and High Season 1 week
• Exept from July and August you can arrive and depart every day of the week.
• The reservation fee is € 12,50 for all bookings.
