Booking conditions COVID-19.
If you have booked a stay during the period of administrative closure of the campsite, you will get, according to the governmental decree, a credit note with a value for a period of 18 months for the total amount of your deposit. With this credit you can postpone your stay.
If the campsite is open and you can come, but you choose not to, this is at your own risk. Your deposit is lost, there will be no refund possible.

Reservation of a camping pitch and reservation of a rental.
Your reservation is valid when you send us the completed form that you find on the campsite website or the Sites & Paysages website, or you make a reservation online on our website or on a partner website. If you have made a reservation via our website, you will receive a confirmation of reservation in which we ask you to send a cheque or transfer € 250,- within a week as a deposit for a pitch. The deposit will never be more than 50% of the total amount to be paid. Once we have received your deposit, the reservation is final. The rest of the amount is to be paid on arrival at the campsite.
For rentals the account will be € 40 % of the total amount. The rest of your reservation must be paid 30 days before your arrival at the campsite. Tourist taxes are to be paid on arrival at the campsite.
We can only process bookings that include all your details. Except during the high season (July and August) the rentals are available every day of the week. In July and August some rentals are available per night or several nights (less than 1 week) if there is space left in the planning. Reservations for a week or more will always be accepted in advance. Please always contact us beforehand, if you would like to book for a short stay.
The non-refundable booking fee is € 14,00. If we have not received your payment within one week, your reservation is automatically expired. We can only process bookings that carry all your details.
Arrival and stay pitches.
During the whole season you can arrive and leave every day of the week. During the months of July and August it is not possible to make a reservation for a single night. If you want to tell us your preferred pitch, we will offer you this or a comparable pitch. One camping pitch can only be reserved per family.
Arrival and stay rentals.
Most of our rentals have a minimum stay of 2 nights. During the high season rentals are only available per week or number of weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
The chalet ‘Bonne Route’ is available to rent per night throughout the season.
The fifth person in MH Ibiza can only be a baby who is still sleeping in a cot. There are special rates applicable for this option.
We do not accept groups of campers, nor groups of minors.
You are not allowed to book a single pitch or a rental for several families (even small ones). If you want to come together with 2 families it is obligatory that each family makes its own reservation. Combined bookings will not be accepted. It is always possible to ask us for pitches next to another family etc. We will do our best to accommodate you.
A pitch is available from 1.30 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11.30 a.m. on the day of departure. You can leave the campsite from 8.00 am. You can arrive at the campsite until 21.00 hrs.
Rentals are available from 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. During the high season the changeover day is always Saturday.
All our accommodations are strictly non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed in the accommodations.
It is not allowed to stay in the accommodations with more people than the accommodation is suitable for.
If necessary, you can ask for permission to place a small tent next to the rental, against the applicable ‘extra person’ camping rate and taxes. This offer is valid for a maximum of 2 extra persons per Mobile home or Waard tent. It is not allowed to place a tent next to the MH’s Ibiza.

In all our rentals the beds are made on arrival. For a one night stay, a supplement of € 7,50 per person will be charged.
If you have a strong preference for a pitch or a rental, you can indicate this. We do our best to fulfil your wishes, but we can never give guarantees. Making your reservation in time will be very important in this case.
In case we reserve your preferred pitch, we will charge you € 14,00 planning fee.
If you cancel your reservation more than 2 months before the planned arrival date, we will charge you € 50,00 planning fee. The rest of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation between 2 and 1 month before the expected arrival date, we will charge you € 75,00 as an administration fee. The rest of your deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation of your reservation within one month before the expected date of arrival, or on or after the expected date of arrival, there is no refund possible.
Only written cancellations are accepted.
If you wish to extend your stay at the campsite, this will be possible, if the planning allows it. In this case it may be necessary to move to another pitch. It goes without saying that the extra days will be paid according to the rates applicable in this period of the season.
In case of early departure from the campsite (regardless of the reason for your departure) there is no refund or compensation for the number of days booked. In any case you have to pay the total amount, as indicated in your booking confirmation.
We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance with us (Campe-Couvert) for 3% of the total amount of your invoice (without booking fees and taxes).
Reservations made for camping pitches and/or rentals are always strictly personal and not transferable to a third party. The campsite management always has the right to cancel a reservation, without refund, if other persons who are not named on the reservation confirmation arrive to take the reserved pitch or rental.
When your arrival will be late, please contact us as soon as possible. When we are not informed (before 18.00 hrs on the day of arrival) about your late arrival, your reservation will automatically expire at 12.00 hrs the next day. There will be no refunds for amounts already paid. In this case you are due the full amount of your deposit.
Off-season special offers and discount cards can never be combined.
During the (high) season no form of discount will be valid.
Rental deposit.
At your arrival you have to pay a deposit of € 200,00 . This amount covers the extra costs in case of cleaning, theft, breakage, damage to the inventory or furnishings of the rental property during your stay. If there is nothing to report on your departure, the deposit will be refunded in full, in case of damage or extra cleaning costs, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
On the day of your arrival you will receive an inventory list to be signed and returned the same day. Any damage found afterwards will be counted for you without question.
Cleaning costs are included in our rental rates. We ask you to leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Any damage found after your stay will be deducted as described above.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify any personal data concerning you. Only our company or association will receive the information you provide.
